Refund Policy
RETURNS
We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition you received it: unopened, unused, with original tags and in its original packaging.

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used, especially personal care items such as our head massagers, in compliance with EU consumer protection laws.

You must also provide proof of purchase or your order number.

If your request is approved, we will provide you with the exact return address, along with instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
📦 Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective or we made a shipping error, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
✈️ Orders Already Shipped
If your order has already been shipped and is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.
Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we cannot stop or redirect it. You must wait to receive it and request a return if applicable.
Note: If you reside outside of Spain, return shipping may take longer than usual.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for the following:

Opened or used personal care items (for health and hygiene reasons)

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

Custom or personalized items

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items or gift cards

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item (if eligible) and make a separate purchase for the new item.
EUROPEAN UNION 3-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is being shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days, for any reason.
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
